🔑 How to Access the System

There are two ways to access the parent portal:

Option 1: Sign In

If you have already activated your profile and set a password, use Sign In with your email and password. This is the standard login for all users — parents, teachers, and administrators.

Option 2: Existing Parent/Guardian (One-Time Setup)

If your child is already enrolled at the school but you haven't set up online access yet, use Existing Parent/Guardian. You'll enter the email address registered with the school, receive a verification code (OTP), and create your password. You can also use this option to add a new student to your existing family.

This is a one-time process. Once your profile is activated, always use the Sign In option going forward.

👫 Can Both Parents Access the System?

Yes! Both parents (mother and father) can activate their own online profiles using their respective email addresses. Both will see the same family dashboard with the same children.

How it works:

  • Each parent activates using the email registered under their name
  • Each parent sets their own password
  • Both see the same family profile and children
  • Changes made by either parent are reflected for both

👨‍👩‍👧 Existing vs New Students

Existing Student

A student who has registered with the school at least once before — even if they are currently inactive or took a break. Their records are already in the system.

New Student

A student who has never been registered with the school before. New students go through the admission process and are placed on the waiting list until approved.

When registering, please select the correct member type. If your child attended before, select "Existing Member" even if they took time off.

🤝 Voluntary Services

Once logged in, you can volunteer for school duties like cleaning, snack roster, and other activities.

• Go to Services in the navigation to see available sign-up slots

• Click Sign Up on any available date

• Download a calendar invite (.ics) to add it to your phone calendar

• You can cancel your sign-up if plans change

• Your upcoming duties also appear on your Dashboard

⚠️ Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving the OTP when activating my profile

This could happen for two reasons:

  • Data mismatch — The email you entered may not match what's on file. Try the other parent's email if applicable.
  • Inactive profile — Your family's record may have been marked as inactive due to extended absence.

⚠️ Important

If you are certain your child was previously enrolled, do NOT create a new admission request. Instead, contact the school admin directly so they can locate and reactivate your existing record.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign In page. You'll receive a verification code to reset it.

My child's grade looks incorrect

Grades are managed by the school administration. If you believe the grade is wrong, you can submit a "Request Grade Change" from your child's profile page. The admin will review and update it.
